Forms and Templates
To help ensure a consistent approach to chemical safety and risk assessment across the University of Glasgow, we have produced a number of standard forms and templates which can be used to carry out risk assessments and inspections in areas where chemicals are used or stored to help you identify and manage chemical hazards in your area. Thesetemplates are designed to record information in a logical sequence, guiding you through each stage of the process with prompts and guidance included in the forms to help you record the right information accurately and efficiently.
The forms can be downloaded using the links on the right of the page and may be updated and amended regularly. We therefore recommend that you check this page regularly to ensure you are using the latest version of each form.
Note: While these forms are provided for general use, their use is not compulsory in all cases. You may still use other local systems for carrying out CoSHH risk assessments and laboratory inspections providing that your local system provides a "suitable and sufficient" recording system for chemical hazards.
